Workshop Series: Tuning into the Seasons
In April 2024 I introduced an innovative and beautifully deep workshop as part of an annual cycle of five sessions. YOu can attend these workshops in person, online or listen to them as pre-recorded sessions.
The series takes you inwardly round a complete lunar cycle that the trees reflect in Celtic cosmology discovered in ancient manuscripts. My ongoing aim is to help people naturally connect deeper with nature. I base the workshop on my research into the Celtic Season looking at the ancient mythological wisdom imparted by trees.
My book Reconnecting with Celtic Trees is a useful tool for deepening your understanding of this deep Celtic lineage of knowledge. Trees bridge the realms of nature and humanity. I offer these workshops because I believe that reconnecting and reunifying our connection with the nature realm is vital for our times. Only when humanity and nature become a reunified field can we make the required shift in consciousness our times dictate with confidence and balance.
I deploy tuning forks along with guided meditations and sharing to connect in a more embodied way with specific trees that bear the properties of each of the five Celtic seasons.
History of Workshops
The first workshop in this series took place in a delightful venue in South Dublin shortly before I moved back to Scotland in 2024. We tuned into the Gorse and also the Hawthorn, one of the lunar trees belonging to the Gorse season. People felt ultra-relaxed and connected to nature by the end. They continued to feel closer to the trees for days afterwards. Some of the women who attended it decided to travel to the next workshop in Scotland where I live now!
The next workshop tunings will be on the Heather Season and are either in person or online will be in early August 2025 respectively. As usual we receive Biofield Tunings to open us up to the energies of the season and to align us more with nature.
Each meditation and tuning is accompanied by a group sharing where we can build up a picture of the essence of each tree. In addition we open to receive subtle energies unique and valid to each of us from the elemental realm. This is such an exciting exploration of our elemental connections!
Each workshop can be attended as a standalone or as part of the whole series.
Reconnecting and deepening our connection to Nature and her elementals is vital healing work for our planet.

We will work with the seasonal Gorse and the dual lunar trees of the Blackthorn and Willow.
Each tuning and subsequent meditation will be followed with a group sharing where we can build up a picture of the essence of the season. In addition we open to receive subtle energies unique and valid to each of us from the elemental realm. Be open to receiving the wisdom the trees impart when we listen.
Plant Biofields
Trees are placed similarly within the biofield. When the tree biofield interacts with us our electro-magnetic structure is affected. This also occurs in reverse.Tuning our biofield with intent to link with the trees brings peace and awareness of their dimension.
Trees act as Gateways to elemental realm and also they act as bridges for us to access that realm. I am a long term author, guide and Biofield Tuner for the past 9 years. I combine my own specific tree meditations in combination with specific group tunings as the main tools in these workshops. They can be taken as a standalone or as part of the series. Workshops are offered on five weekends per year. They are based on my research into the ancient mythological knowledge of the Celts who were very attuned to nature. Follow a complete lunar cycle by partaking in the whole series. This is an inward journey that will enrich your soul.
